Export limits

Sustained high-volume work is expected. Ask for a higher account cap for agency workflows or data pipelines.

Account caps can be adjusted directly, often the same day, without a development request.

• Combined exports allow 500,000 rows per day and 6,000,000 rows per month by default.
• Each export request allows up to 50,000 rows.
• A reached cap returns an error. Daily capacity resets the next day; monthly capacity resets with your billing cycle.

Lookup limits

• Colleague and decision-maker lookups allow 5,000 contacts per request.
• Batch enrichment accepts 100 items per call.
• CSV enrichment has no overall row cap. Use asynchronous uploads for large files because synchronous requests can time out.

API request rate

The default account limit is 100 requests per minute. Retry rate-limited requests with backoff.

Ask for a higher steady request rate if your integration needs it. Account overrides can be adjusted directly, with same-day increases previously granted.

Acceptable use

Your plan provides search and enrichment access. It does not grant permission to extract and redistribute the database.

Outbound campaigns, CRM enrichment, agency client work, and internal tools are permitted uses.

• Do not sell or redistribute raw contacts as a standalone dataset or use bulk exports to build a competing data product.
• Do not extract the full database or large portions outside ordinary search and export workflows.
• Do not share credentials or account access across unrelated organisations.
• Follow applicable data protection and marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA where relevant. You are responsible for compliant use.

Enforcement

Request limits return 429 errors. Export or credit limits return 402 errors. Reaching a limit does not itself suspend your account.

Repeated evasion, credential sharing, or distributed scraping may lead to throttling or account review.

If capacity blocks legitimate work, contact support before attempting workarounds. We regularly adjust account limits.

Changes

We may revise capacity limits as the service grows. Material changes appear here and are communicated directly when they affect your account.
