Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of leadmcp.ai, the LeadMCP app, the API, the MCP server, and the professional contact database.
Last updated 20 September 2026
1. Agreement
LeadMCP is a product of Stello. When you create an account, call the API, or connect an agent to the MCP server, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Fair Usage Policy.
If you use LeadMCP for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these terms. "You" then means the company.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadMCP.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. Everything done with your account or your keys counts as done by you.
Tell us at once if you believe a key or account was compromised. You can delete and replace a key at any time from the Keys page.
Give accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
3. The service
LeadMCP lets you search a database of professional contacts and companies, enrich records, and export results through the REST API and the MCP server. The web app does not search, enrich, or export. It shows your account, your keys, your billing, and a read-only list of your signals.
We may change, add, or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service you pay for.
Our data, licensed from multiple sources. We apply fixes, but we do not promise that any record is correct, complete, or deliverable.
We may change, replace, or remove a data source or provider at any time. If a source becomes unavailable for legal or technical reasons, we may remove the affected records or features without liability, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the data for lawful business-to-business sales, marketing, recruiting, and research, within the limits of the Fair Usage Policy.
- Do not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm anyone, or to send unsolicited messages that violate the law.
- Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy the database beyond the exports the service provides, and do not bypass the rate, volume, or query limits.
- Do not share one account across organizations, and do not let a third party use your API keys.
- Do not use the service to build or train a competing contact database or lookup product.
- Do not use the data in a way that breaches the terms of any third-party platform or website you use alongside it.
- Do not attempt to identify, extract, or replicate our data sources, providers, or collection methods.
5. No resale or redistribution
The data is licensed to you for your own business purposes only. You may store the rows you retrieve in your own systems, such as a CRM, and use them in your own outreach, research, and recruiting.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, publish, or otherwise redistribute the data, in whole or in part, to any third party. You may not offer the data, or a product built on it, as a data service to others.
Agencies may use the data to run outreach for their clients. They may not deliver the rows themselves to a client as a dataset.
6. Volume cap
Each account may spend up to 1,000,000 contact credits a month, and up to 250,000 contact credits a day on search, export, and enrichment. The Fair Usage Policy explains what spends contact credits and what is free.
When you reach a cap, the API returns an error until the UTC day or month resets. The free plan has no window: its contact credits are a lifetime pool and they do not reset. Reaching a cap does not itself suspend your account.
Larger limits are available by written agreement. Contact us before you attempt to work around a cap.
7. Export retention
Each export produces a file and a signed download URL. The file and the URL live 7 days from the time the export completes.
After 7 days we delete the file and the download link stops working. Download and store the file within that period. We cannot restore a deleted export; run the export again instead.
8. Opt-out and removal
Anyone can ask us to remove their record from the database at /opt-out. No account and no explanation are required. We honor every removal request.
We process opt-out requests within 15 business days and deletion requests within 45 days, as California law requires. Most are done within a week.
When a person asks you to stop contacting them, or to delete their data, you must honor that request in your own systems and outreach. Direct the person to /opt-out if they also want removal from LeadMCP.
You are responsible for removing an opted-out record from your own systems. We publish a monthly list of removed ids for you to download.
Do not re-import, re-enrich, or otherwise restore a record after a person has opted out.
9. Your compliance obligations
You are responsible for compliance in your own outreach. This includes CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK PECR, TCPA, and Do-Not-Call rules, and every other law that applies to you or to the people you contact.
You must confirm that you have a lawful basis for each use of the data, provide any notices the law requires, and keep your own suppression lists.
- Do not use the data for consumer marketing.
- Do not use the data for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or other eligibility decisions, including any decision covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Do not use the data for any purpose prohibited by law.
10. Plan and payment
LeadMCP has one paid plan: $500 a month. The plan includes search, enrichment, export, the API, and the MCP server, within the Fair Usage Policy. There are no per-row charges, seat fees, or overage charges.
The plan is billed in advance each month through our payment provider and renews until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we do not refund the current period except where the law requires it.
Prices can change. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.
Taxes are added where they apply.
11. Intellectual property
We own the service, the software, the database, and the LeadMCP name and marks. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service and the records you retrieve, under these terms.
You own the inputs you upload for enrichment. You give us the right to process them to provide the service.
Feedback you send us can be used without obligation to you.
12. Data protection
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the professional contact database and removal requests.
For records you retrieve, you are the controller of your subsequent use. Where the law requires a data processing agreement between us, email us and we will provide one.
13. Suspension and termination
We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or use the service in a way that harms other customers, the data subjects, or us. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
You can close your account at any time. After closure we delete or anonymize your account data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons.
Sections 5, 8, 9, 11, 14, 15, and 16 continue to apply after termination.
14. Disclaimers
The service and the data are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that emails deliver or that any contact wants to hear from you.
We do not warrant that the service, the data, or your use of either complies with the terms of any third-party platform or website, including professional networking sites, or that any account you hold on such a platform will remain in good standing.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.
Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us, and our licensors and providers, against claims, fines, and costs brought by any third party, including the operator of any platform or website, that arise from your outreach, your use of the data, your combination of the data with other systems, or your breach of these terms or of the law.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. For material changes we will email account holders at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
